Hey there!, I'm Olivia

the proud owner of iStroll Iowa City. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist by trade and found through my career that I have a passion for helping others and making meaningful connections within my community. However, once my second child was born I decided to stay home and found a wonderful group of women that exercised daily with their children. It changed my life! I went from struggling with postpartum depression to thriving and making my health and wellness a priority. I transitioned from making speech and language based goals to making fitness goals and I saw improvements in every aspect of my life! I now have 3 (soon to be 4) wonderful children and I can’t imagine my life without the support of other parents and a place to exercise with my kiddos.

With my group fitness certification and continuing education courses related to prenatal and postpartum fitness, I am prepared and excited to begin working with like minded parents that want to be strong for themselves and their kids. I can’t wait to welcome you to our group!
